Transcript Do you feel like sometimes you're making less than optimal food choices? Well here's a smart tip to help you easily improve your eating habits. My favorite thing to have people do is add before they take away. I've found that if I just take it away, well nature hates a vacuum and you can manage to fill in with way worse things than we started with. When you start to put in good things, like non-starchy vegetables, and a rainbow of colors; bumping up your fiber with things like legumes and nuts and seeds; and also getting in breakfast each morning; and adding protein in each meal.
